Common problems in the use of synthetic leather release paper。
Broken surface: Defects (blisters, black spots) on the surface of release paper and strong physical or chemical interaction between pu/pvc and release layer .
Here, it is recommended to use a priori paper for matching test.
Color migration: Peeling weight, pu/pvc coating is not fully cured.
It is recommended to add stripping aid (silicone) to ensure that the pu/pvc coating is completely cured.
Curl: The coating amount of release layer is too high (the pattern is too deep), and the paper is not anti crimped.
Here, it is recommended to select yin-yang embossed paper for deep pattern and release paper with anti crimp treatment.
Abrasions:The hardness of the release layer is insufficient, and the service temperature is close to the softening point of the release layer.
Here, it is recommended to select release paper with high hardness of release layer, high temperature resistant release paper and reduce the oven temperature.
Stripping weight: The haze of the paper is too low, the lines are too deep, the lines are too fine, and the pu/pvc has strong physical or chemical interaction with the release layer.
It is recommended to add stripping aid (silicone).
exposure:The temperature resistance of release paper is insufficient.
It is recommended to choose release paper with high temperature resistance.
Crisp paper:Release layer formulation problem, release layer coating quantity is too high.
It is recommended to avoid using casting release paper.
Haze variation :Solvent intolerant or some component in pu/pvc coating will dissolve/swell the release layer and expose.
It is recommended to conduct matching test and use release paper with high temperature resistance before use.
