Development history: in 1998, the parent company set up a research institute in Hangzhou and successfully developed a series of papermaking chemicals. In 2005, the company built the first leather release paper production line in China, marking its technical strength in the field of release paper production. In 2008, the company further expanded its production capacity, built electroplating and engraving production lines, and introduced China's first dual laser direct engraving machine, which was a major technological breakthrough at that time. In 2018, the company successfully developed the embossing equipment for release paper, which further improved the market competitiveness of the products. Production and R&D: the company has three production lines of coated release paper, one production line of cast release paper, and two production lines of coated release paper, with an annual production capacity of 5000 tons of silicone oil paper, 3000 tons of coated paper, and 2000 tons of YinYang paper. Technology and equipment: the company has a roller manufacturing subsidiary, which provides a full range of services from rough roller processing, roller surface electroplating to steel roller direct engraving, steel roller corrosion, and nickel jacketing. The company has imported and domestic engraving machines, which can directly engrave patterns on copper plated rollers. This technology has significant advantages in the industry. Equipped with imported texture scanners, lathes, grinders and other highend auxiliary equipment to ensure the quality of the product. PP coated release paper: it provides an ideal choice for PU artificial leather production, with chemical resistance and mechanical strength. TPX coated release paper: specially designed for PVC artificial leather, with excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance. Silicone oil release paper: widely used in automotive leather, PVC floor leather and other fields, with good anti adhesion and wear resistance. Width customization service: provide width customization from 1520mm to 2200mm to meet the personalized needs of different customers.
